I lead the production and strategic delivery of Acts of Solidarity, a multi-partner socially engaged arts programme at Autograph, funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.

My role spans programme management, budget oversight, artist and partner coordination, safeguarding, delivery planning, stakeholder engagement and internal reporting. I work across artists, grassroots organisations, community partners and institutional teams to ensure the project is delivered with care, accountability and strategic clarity.

Alongside delivery, I support the project’s wider sector-facing ambition: developing policy thinking, white papers, learning frameworks and public events that translate community-led practice into practical recommendations for the arts and cultural sector.
